day 4 - vascularity and hardness
I did back and bis on day 5, the pump was almost PAINFUL.
My training and nutrition logs are very detailed. Expect a very big report at the end of week 4 (w/ pics and tons of info).

I am up 2lbs. I am holding NO WATER WEIGHT. I swear I've lost a percentage of BF also, may just be from looking so HARD all the time.
My goal is to get a consistent 50-20-30 ratio. On a 3,000 cal day -- that would be 375g carbs, 85 g fat, 225 g protein.

I am learning my nutrition mistakes as I go. I'm hitting 200 grams of protein everyday for week 2.
As far as strength gains, nothing major yet. Strength will kick in beginning of week 3 (from what I've read about var).
All I can say about my pumps are WOW.
Training is geared toward explosive speed (sprints). Lots of core. I will write about my training at a later time.
