4 weeks in and im getting spots HELP!!!

im 4 weeks in, im using Deca, Stanazol, Sustanon iv used before a couple of years ago and had no problem. now this time im getting these small spots little pimples. only badly on my shoulders and byes.

my diet is pretty good high protein high carbs no fat. the only big sugar intake i get is from fruits. i have cut down on the pineapple.

does anyone get this and if so what can i do.

im freaking out a bit

does it look like typical acne or more like a rash? alot of guys get acne (some that look as you've described) while "ON"... it's common... I don't break out until PCT.. always... make sure you're drinking tons of water... try an acne body wash... change clothes / sheets often.... try a tanning booth a few times a week....

i got those small bump/pimples on my last test prop and winny cycle on my shoulders. when i was done with the test they went away.

try tanning and using a scrubbing body wash several times a day

Yup just sounds like sides of the juice. The two above posts have you covered I believe.

Assuming it is acne, One guy a while back mentioned using dial anti-bacterial soap. I decided to try it and although it did not cure anything it does help a little bit. Also a bunch of guys say that accutane is the shit too for them and as said above tanning definately helps. Some will argue it just covers it up which imo is not true it helps rid some too!

try accutane at 20mg EOD it will clear that shit right up, and quickly. Thats a dose low enough not affect your liver and high enough to get rid of problematic acne caused by AAS. If that dose doesnt work for you, you can bump it up to 20mg ED and it will work for sure, still with minimal effects on your liver values.

I would just get a good scrub and good wash first before trying accutane. You already have enough drugs in you now.

I’m not exactly patient so I remove things with my spyderco, better than a scalpel


But Retin A works for any rash, especially zits from gear.

thanks for all the tips.

i have been using a clearasil wash for 4 days. they are pimples not a rash because they get a little puss in them but they are pretty small just a few big ones, but there is a fair few of them.

i am pretty tanned at the moment which does hide it a bit. does the sun help or just tannin beds.

i like the sounds of this Retin A. i am going to see if io can get some today

i looked up that accutane. not to shore about it that may be last chouse
