He already killed himself. Apparently, someone at the detachment screwed it up big time. The drug dealer was arrested yesterday but released this morning (wtf???). Went to his stash, grabbed a rifle and ambushed the cops who were serving a search warrant.

That's wonderful... Now do the exact same thing with marijuana and we have a fun drug, less addicting/causes less problems than Cigarettes or Alcohol and it's not done in public. Sounds like it should make everyone happy. Cept those fucks in townhall.

I was speaking more of the legality of marijuana - the illegal status of it causes many avoidable things. Oh well.

Well, with draconian nazi drug laws, enforcement and sentencing here in the states --- it's much more beneficial to have the grow ops located in Canada, where the laws are much more liberal.

Mexico on the other hand, is real problematic cuz there's way too much violence amongst cartels and the border patrol is everywhere.

It is partially there own fault. But that doesnt make it JUST or RIGHT.

Ok, maybe that comment was a bit mean and people took it the wrong way, but I still think that those cops should not have been there.

I do NOT agree with murdering cops, or any other living creature, but I also do NOT agree with a law that says you cant grow certain plants. These are natural plants. Not some synthetic or lab altered plants but naturaly plants that grow in the earth.

you tell me how they abused there power.. the guy was growing.. they went there.. they had warrants.. that is not abusing power..

he murdered 4 people in cold blood then the coward took his own life.. why not just fucking kill yourself and be done..why kill the cops cause he was a sloppy ass who got caught.. be a fucking man and deal with the consequences dont cause problems for others..

those 4 cops could have family's,wives and kids..

Im not taking anyones side. They were both wrong. I feel really bad for the familys of the victims, but thats a chance they take when becoming a police officer.

Murder is wrong. Taking someones plants away is wrong. Both parties deserve to go to hell. Ones a thief and ones a murderer.

The reason Im leaning towards the criminals side is because the police stole his plants first. He then acted on that and took four officers lives. Yes it is a bit harsh, but thats what they get when they make stupid laws. The government thinks they can control people. Not every one will be controled.

Every action has a reaction. Sometimes that reaction isnt pleasant.

Yes, if I park my car in a no-parking zone and it gets towed then they stole my car. But I dont want my car stolen so I wont park there.

If the cops come and take your dope then they are theives. If you dont want them to steal your dope then dont have any. But some people dont like being robbed and react in a violent way.

Just for the record, the killer had a criminal record with sexual assault and illegal firearms charges. Also, he was keeping stolen cars on his facility. It aint only about pot...

I did not know these things. I still find it wrong that the police took his plants. I do not favor the killer. He comited suicide and murder. Both wrong. But if it is true that he is a sex-offender and a thief then he deserves to die.

The 4 cops were guarding the place while the theft unit was on its way. He killed them few seconds before the 2 detectives from the theft unit got there. So basically the main reason for the raid was the stolen cars.

The only reason I've ever considered being a cop was because I could then know in advance if I was bein watched. It only takes a high school degree to become a cop where I live. Almost worth it to become a reserve officer, but I could never see myself taking part in police ceremonies. It goes against my principles.

How could you blindly enforce unjust laws? How could you destroy lives and cost your country money over some drugs?
