I am 6'4" and 170-171 now im peakin 176!!
OK, started my gaining diet on Monday, I weighed myself in at around 170-171, I just jump on the scale, butnaked and I weighing in at a little over 175!!! I took a dump an hour ago too!!
Here is what I have been eating
Monday
9ish: 3 Full eggs, 1 wheat Toast, OJ, Vitamen.
11: Optimum Serious Mass W/G shake (1750 calories)
1: 2 Tuna sandwiches on Wheat and apple
3:Optimum Shake
5: wendys Triple decker meal
730: Baked Potato and tons of Cottage cheese
11: Optimum Shake before I went to bed.
Tuesday
Same thing for the Morning
11:Optimum
1:Big old Steak
3: 2 Tuna Sandwiches
5: McDs Double 1/4 Meal
7:30: Baked Potato and half a container of Cottage Cheese
9ish PBJ Sandwhich on wheat
11:Optimum shake
Today
9:Same morning thing
11:Optimum Shake
1: 2 PBJs on wheat, Banana, Apple
3:00 Steak
5:00 Turkey Sandwhich. Ate light cause Im boozing tonight.
Now I have no reason to lie about this shit and I checked my scale and its not Fugged up. Is this Possible, cause it just happend to me!!!
