First of all, an injection takes 30 seconds out of your week. How can that get messed up due to "personal reasons."
Secondly, you mention cardio, (which is a waste) and not training. (Which is what it's all about).
And the EQ will negate the sex drive increase of the test.
You can't grow and cut calories at the same time.
That's an awful lot of gear for someone who doesn't know what they're doing.
First of all, personal reasons are personal. But my reasons are simple. First week I frontloaded (I admit accidentally) 625 mg of Test and 400 mg of Eq into each glute. I was incredibly sore from the Test so I only did one injection that week.
Next week I just ran 250 Test and 200 Eq because I was still a little sore and found out that since I have 2 10 ml vials of Test E 250 I will only be able to run it for 10 weeks at 500 mg/ week. I want to run it for 12-14 and since I had just put 625 mg's in me the week before thought I'd just put 250 in me for week 2.
Week 3 I feel good, decided to just run it at 250 and 200 on Mondays and Thursdays (have enough to run for 11 weeks and am working on getting more so I can extend it to 12-14).
Secondly, I am doing cardio because I want to stay lean while putting on size. I am trying to lower my body fat by cutting out sugars and bad fats completely. Still taking in about 3000 cals a day and 200+ grams of protein easily. I am only doing cardio 2-3 times a week for now for about 45 mins. Incline walk on treadmill.
I am lifting 4-5 days a week, sometimes 5-6. While it may sound like I don't know what I am doing at all, this is something I've been reading about and researching for 3-4 years. That's why my gear has been shitting on the shelf for so long. Wasn't ready to do it, wanted to learn more and wanted to lift and eat and increase gains naturally before I decided to jump the gun.
I'm 5'10" 178. I started the cycle at 18% body fat which was unbelievably high for me because I have a small frame and don't look 18% at all. It had been months since I did cardio though so that would explain it. Goal is to be 185 at around 8%.
Here is my diet for you guys to critique, just in case you think I should be eating more/less or subbing something in.
Breakfast:
1/2 Cup Whole Grain Oatmeal (125 cals)
2 Scoops Max Muscle Triple Whey (260 cals, 52 grams protein)
Rainbow Men's Energy Multi-Vitamin
CARDIO
Late Breakfast:
3 Egg whites, 1 yolk (150 cals)
1 slice of Wheat Bread (110 cals)
1 Cup of Orange Juice (112 cals)
OR CARDIO HERE
Lunch
1 - 1.5 cups whole wheat pasta w/a little bit of marinara sauce (320 cals)
OR
Turkey Sandwich on 2 slices of Wheat Bread (No mayo and no cheese, 4 slices of turkey breast) (300 cals)
LIFT
Snack
2 scoops Max Muscle Triple Whey Protein (230 cals, 52g protein)
1/2 cup whole wheat oatmeal (125 cals)
Dinner
2 cups Medium-Grain Cooked Brown Rice (430 Cals)
1 6-8 oz. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (220 cals, 50g protein)
Late Dinner
2 Cups Brown Rice (430 cals)
1 6-8 oz. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (220 cals, 50g protein)
Late Night Snack
2 Scoops Triple Whey Protein Shake (230 cals, 52g protein)
Comes out to just about 3000 calories with about 220 from protein. I obviously want to grow, but I am really wanting to put on a good 10-15 pounds of LEAN muscle mass. I want to be very vascular and very hard. I have a small but muscular frame but am lacking in muscle maturity.
