im on my 3rd week of test/deca and getting weaker. im just confused...ive been eating 7 meals a day roughly (high calorie, like 3,000 and up and upwards of 350 g protein (i weigh 170)) and am taking massive amounts of valium/lunesta/simplysleep/melatonin or whatever it takes to get between 6-8 hours of sleep each night. i never go out, never party and never drink, barely ever jack off and even skip classes because of meals/workouts/rest or whatever and everythings gone down. upright rows went down 3 reps today, biceps had to drop 10lbs, and even had to drop 15 lbs in bench a few days ago. i feel im doing everything right but what the fuck is happening to me!!!!!!!! i dont mean to rant and rave but i have nowhere else to turn but this board. has this ever happened to anyone? im running 450mg/test, 300mg/deca per week. i feel like im descending into hell or something. im so fuckin depressed i dont even leave my apartment other than to lift.
