3rd week in and weaker

im on my 3rd week of test/deca and getting weaker. im just confused...ive been eating 7 meals a day roughly (high calorie, like 3,000 and up and upwards of 350 g protein (i weigh 170)) and am taking massive amounts of valium/lunesta/simplysleep/melatonin or whatever it takes to get between 6-8 hours of sleep each night. i never go out, never party and never drink, barely ever jack off and even skip classes because of meals/workouts/rest or whatever and everythings gone down. upright rows went down 3 reps today, biceps had to drop 10lbs, and even had to drop 15 lbs in bench a few days ago. i feel im doing everything right but what the fuck is happening to me!!!!!!!! i dont mean to rant and rave but i have nowhere else to turn but this board. has this ever happened to anyone? im running 450mg/test, 300mg/deca per week. i feel like im descending into hell or something. im so fuckin depressed i dont even leave my apartment other than to lift.
 
yeah i got quality vet for both test and deca and have used them before and theyve worked. both came packaged well, ichecked the ban numbers on the QV site and they have the holograms and everthing on them, so they are legit. i got dbols a while ago from the same source and they worked well.
 
Well, don't give up hope.. Those esters take 3-4 weeks before you notice anything.. Just get tons of sleep, eat right, keep the workouts short and intense and everything will fall in place.. If you've done it before, just relax.. Try taking the weekend off from the gym and just recoup...Hit it hard on Monday.. Remember you grow when you rest...
 
If you can get some dbol, throw that in there for four weeks. Then everything should be fine. Also you may want to consider upping the deca dose. Good luck Bro! Train hard

From the above post that looks likely Bro I did it a few years ago and was dying from all the work I was putting in and no gains, I backed off a little and the came like magic then I boosted my training tempo

I agree with the overtraining .Take the weekend off and start fresh on Mon.Your still early into the cycle to notice any real results yet,but I would wait and see how it goes after the rest.

exactly what I was thinking when I read his post.
how manny days a week r u training bro.
 
Those long esters won't really kick in until week 4-5... And you are loosing strength as you are probably overtraining..

Get a life outside the gym.. Work hard while you are there but... Geez - you don't even jerk off or go out... You are thinking too hard about this...
