Hey guys haven't touched base here in awhile but I need some experienced help. Starting dieting now, low carbs, mostly oatmeal, yams, sweet potatoes and tons of protein and water. I don't want to deplete Carbs to much so I don't lose size.
Little unknown on the diuretecs part. I Could use DNP or Lasix or I can just stick to my GH, EQ, Clen, ECA stack, liquidex, t-3 and Zambons and of course Test Prop. But I 'm thinking I might not be hard enough. I'm still holding at 225 lbs 5'8" at around 5-6 % BF now. Mostly water. I need to be freaky shredded. I will be doing the potassium loading the week before, and sodium on that Thursday. Suggestions or Facts appreciated.

Wait 30 days til show and your just starting your diet now???? I hope you are really lean to begin with and only have a few pounds to lose.

When I bulked up to 241 I stayed at 8.5 % BF.
I lean out quickly through dieting. But the supplementation is new. I always competed naturally and this is my first one I'm doing with help. I want to be freaky lean. I've had so many different game plans from different people, so I'm looking for some more that co-inside with what I've learned.
Also I will be a heavyweight this year which is about 20 lbs heavier then I have ever been.
