im up about 4 pounds since i started bulking. im very bloated in these pictures but i figure it dont matter.......

I was wondering about that...Thanks God you're bulking natty. Keep eatong well and training hard. Congrats!
 
boardin looking good, just i think if you need to add some width (like when you turn sideways) looking a little thin !!! I would put on some back width and trap width. (lats especially) I know your young so maybe im being to harsh because size will come with age so train hard and keep the diet clean and don't worry about the crank yet and you will be fine !!!
 
From what I can tell, looking a little thicker then your avatar picture. Mainly in the arms and chest. Stay consistent, eat everything, and keep KILLING that shit and the results will come!

thanks bro! ya im ordering some grippers for my forearms becuz my lifts are all way ahead of my grip strengh.

or for a cheaper alternative to grippers, the ef ladies can send me some pics and ill learn to "train" switchie.

Bloated? LMAO Are you serious? You look like the jews back in 1944 before they got burned to death. Start eating man, and put some meat on those bones. Actually, put a shirt on and dont embarass yourself and dont listen to what these guys say that you look good. You're just a plain regular joe.

im on a 5x5 i do bench and either dips/flys/incline/ cable flys . i do 2 of the last excercises and 5x5 of the first, and to whoever said im a regular joe, the point is not that im big or small, its that im making progress, im up to 171 in the morning from 164 in july.......

IMO you should have made more progress in this last year.. but I thought u would have been bulking a few months this year already. Keep workin hard at it.. are you 17 18?

oh come on, he is not. most average joes have floppy little boobs, cute little bellies that belong on french maids, and are generally pasty and flabby looking

boarding is 1) young and 2) natural, has good overall development, nice sort of proportion...looks healthy and on his way to being a well built natty.

(im also a natty, you roiding bastards have no idea how long it takes for gains to come and consolidate when youre not sticking a needle in your bum to help you along, compared to natties of similar age boardin is coming along fine)

It all depends on GENETICS, food, hard consistent training and proper rest.

Maybe gains come hard for "YOU", but they sure come easy for "ME" natty.

Also, many of these so-called roiding bastards trained for many years natty and built up way more than you probably have before they ever started juicing so maybe you should watch what you say? :qt:

You guys are dicks. Put your pics up on here. I give you props man for posting your pics alone. Actually to tell you the truth you look to have the same makeup and build as myself. I'm 22.5 yrs, 6'3, 190lbs. With the way that I prefer to eat and live my body tends to like to stick around the "average joe" 180-185 mark now. 2 yrs ago I was sitting close to 160-165. Just keep up the good work. After wasting soo much money on legal supps and spending a few yrs working out hard, I did finally decide to get a cycle and got up to 215 last summer, but didn't do it correctly and crashed. Now I'm at the 190, I've been off for 4 months now and the gains have been progressive since the last couple of weeks when I was at 185. I tell you the hardest thing to do witch I never really did was eat. I drink at least a gallon of milk a day and eat grips of protein and very little carbs. I've even started a thermo pill to help me cut, and have noticed a little difference but it's only been a week with the thermos. I liked being at 215lbs, but I ate like a pig and it wasn't quality wieght. My goal now is to get up to a least 200lbs and then hit the "gym candy" LOL, while continuing with my new eating/training habits and to do the cycle right this time. Training natural is hard, training while "on" is hard too, you still get just as, or more tired because of all the mentality behind bodybuilding. Keep it up man and hit those abs with some heavy weights so you can get that washboard going on. I wanna see some progressive pics on you cause I think it's Ironic with our body types. I swear you could be my twin a couple of years ago. I'll get some up and we'll have a contest or something for abs. Your going down!!!!! LOL HA HA
 
yep i was him myslef started out little but you can sure tell a difference...keep it up man..you have lots of potential <---is that a word
