I have run anywhere from 3-5 iu split up 2x per day. When I wake and in the early evening. I run it for sprinting. Helped a lot with my speed as well as loss of bf. I do not run slin with it...can't gain too much weight. Last I ran it was for 6 mos. I will run it again for another 6 starting the late summer.
