Please check this and let me know what you think all these lifts are going to be 8X8, 8 sets and 8 reps close to failure
Sunday
Dips and Curls
Tuesday
Squats and lower legs
Thursday
Bench and pullups
 
I would go to 12 reps before failure
and at least add 1 more day training

i would try that split and then start adjusting as you go
