What a fantastic idea!!!!!!!
All kidding aside.. (damn.. I wish I would have published that DNP paper I was working on before my PC crashed).
Calories---
Keep the carbs next to zero...
Let see a show of hands.. Who's taken a course on thermodynamics??? No one?? Me neither..
Energy in = energy out. It doesn't matter WHAT foods you eat while on DNP.. Just how many calories you eat..
Too hot? Feel like shit??? Quit eating so many carbs!!!!!
When I would do these cycles, I would eat almost no other carbs than pepsi... Pepsi is mostly (if not all) fructose. This has a delayed insulin response, and as a result, causes less of that feel-like-shit----I'm-sweating-my-sack-off feeling.
I messed with the three day cycles but eventually leaned toward two day cycles (believe me... you STILL feel it on the 3rd day).
The most I went up to was 1200mg on day one and then 800mg on day two.. (this is really pushing it) It was in the winter and I avoided any room which was not at or below 70 degrees.
Mark this.....
xmg of DNP causes the same weight loss so long as y calories are comsumed regardless of how it is administered.. What I mean is that.. 2000mg of DNP will cause the same fat loss regardless if it is spread over one month or one week..
There are some little details that make the above statement slightly off such as thyroid etc.. But, HEY! That's the whole idea behind the three day cycle..
Andy
andy, i have taken coarse in thermodynamics, as you know its part of my major
i do agree about the carb issue and getting hot, although i find it that glycerol help alot since it does not require insulin to enter glycolysis, eating all those "low-carb (full of glycerol)" protein bars helps. i also found that i can eat much more food if i do cardio while on dnp. lost 3lb from my last dnp burst, ate anything i wanted but did make up with cardio and weight training.
