2nd Cycle Advice Needed

Been lurking the forums now for a few weeks & wanted to take a second to introduce myself. I'm a navy vet 98-04' & married to a personal trainer/massage therapist/swim instructor. My workouts are 5 days wk with reps +10/set & burning 500 cals/workout.

32yrs/5'11/180lbs/12%bf/training for 15yrs

Goals: Gain 10 lbs lean muscle & loose 2% bf on my second cycle. With a focus of minimum water retention while on cycle. I'm looking to gain strength & endurance for dirt bike endurance riding.

My 1st cycle was in 2003:
500mgs of Test E/wk
40mgs of dbol/wk
PCT: Liqidex & Colomid (If I remember correctly)
23yrs old, 170 to 198lbs kept above 10 lbs after the water weight dropped. (I've read a lot on how good diet & quality gear will minimize the water retention on the forums here.)

2nd Cycle Considering:
weeks 1-5 Tbol 70mg/ED
weeks 1-10 Test Prop 150mg/EOD
Weeks 10-16 Anavar 40mg/ED
weeks 3-16 N2Guard 7 Caps/ED
Weeks 9-14 Clomid 50mg/ED
Weeks 9-13 HCGenerate 5 caps/ED

I currently have HCGenerate(x2), N2Guard(1,Order 2 more?), & Unleashed/Post Cycle Combo(1) ordered. (Thanks Radar for the discount!)

I've gotten a lot of my cycle 2 ideas from reading through the forums & plan to run a log to track my progress. I look at it as a way to give back for all the research I've done on here.

Suggestions?
 
i wouldnt use 2 orals ..even though they are more of the milder kind.

i also would run the var after u are done with the test.. not sure what was the thought behind that

i would go either

test/var
or
test/tbol
 
Yeah! you don't need Dbol in that cycle ,just finish it with Anavar!
 
just go w/ test var

or test / tbol

no need to try to put too many things together..

Id use the var/prop combo, and since your planning on running what looks like a lengthy cycle keep the tbol on hand for possible system shock. At weeks 8+ SOME people start to see a plateau and need that bump to continue gains.

Id drop clomid. Run lower test dosage like 250 ah week

Var at 40-60mg ah end of cyc for 8 weeks. Just how id do it. Throw some forma in there. Buy one more n2guard

After u plateau on AAS, stop taking it... It means your,receptors are use to the substances and unless ur dumping a megadose ur not gonna see any more gains, so dont hurt ur body, stop aas and start pct.. Dont add something else. Thats a bad idea... U should never plataeu on gear... This is why we recommend short cycles so your off before ur body can plataeu.. Lol, another newb mistake. AAS is used when there is a plataeu in natural strength gains and when u have reached ur body natural potential n shouldnt cause plataeu.

lol not a newb mistake johnny. Ive done my research and theres alot of sites/people that agree, while on lengthy cycles if your mid way through and start to plateau a shock may be needed. While not suggested it is an option. And look how I said SOME. Maybe realizing I merely suggested as opposed to told would help you when replying :)
 
Im not opposed to adding things for shock, but I never plataeu when on cycle, I keep gaining. And I go for an amount or time, and I go off. I dont go off because of reaching plataeus... If ur hitting plataeus while using AAS, ur diet or training, or rest is off... Something, thats just what im saying, maybe its my mind set... idk, sorry for being a dousch bro.. I need to eat.

its his 2nd cycle he should plan it out.. and run it as planned. if his gains stop at weeks 6 or 8 he needs to learn from that.. he might be better off just running 6 to 8 week cycles... or he might realize that he is not eating enough as he gains weight through the cycle..
 
Thanks Judo Tom, I'm planning on changing my cycle length. I think i'm more confused on my 2nd cycle now lol. My goals are to minimize risk of water retention while gaining lean muscle.

weeks 1-8 Test Prop 150mg/EOD
Weeks 8-14 Anavar 40mg/ED

or

weeks 1-8 Sustanon 270 pw
Weeks 8-14 Anavar 40mg/ED

hmmm i mean there is a reason for everything but i would have the anavar 'end' the same time the test 'ends' .. adjust for the esters...

and then start pct..

so i would go w/ #2 but run the sust to week 11 or so
