As for some of these questions, whoever recommended GH on an empty stomach with no carbs obviously doesn't use GH. This will make you hypoglycemic in a hurry. Just try it for yourself.
Chart of endoGH secretions showing even spikes???? It's common knowledge that the majority of GH is secreted during the first 2 hours of REM sleep.......check the chart in my "gallery" lifted from the standard med school endocrinology text book.
The hard question here is timing of injections. (you can't rely on the GH makers recommendations.....they say bedtime, because they assume you have a non-functioning pituitary, and bedtime IS when we naturally secrete). I have always injected in the AM and in the late afternoon after lifting. Why? Because it is my belief that exoGH suppresses endo for a period of hours, and I want to make use of my endo surge in the REM sleep period AND because I use insulin with the GH (because GH down-regulates insulin sensitivity). My good friend hhadjo has some research that suggests that the supression time may be longer, but I still have no choice, cause I'm not injecting insulin at bedtime!
All that said, my current cycle of Depot changes all the rules, since it is a single shot time release over a 3 to 4 week period. I still use the insulin on my regular schedule.....and I got to tell you, Depot is the real deal. I'm very pleased with my results.....on my 4th month......and it's so convenient. Depot gives you a considerable release over the first few days and then gradually tapers for the rest of the 3 to 4 week period. I think it's best use is on a 3 week shot cycle, or with supplemental daily injections of a standard GH towards the end of it's release period.
Prices? Anything under 500 for a 22.5 kit is probably reasonable.
