In the article, she lost some due to abuse by the guy she had living with her, then she lost the rest because she had them living in a home with no electricity or running water. And the toilets did not flush.

It's the same principle - child birth becomes a privilege granted by the state. Only the criteria changes.

The best question is, "how much public assistance is she receiving, and why?" The state (you, me, other Floridians) is funding and incentivizing this behavior.

if i were dictator of the US I'd make it mandatory all women be put on some type of birth control as soon as they hit puberty up until they show proof that they can sufficiently financially provide for themselves and have enough cash left over to provide for a child, either single or combined income with a spouse/boyfriend.

I deal with htis every day too. Fucking bitch has two kids in CPS custody and just had a baby. Now- she's pregnant again and she got pregnant right after giving birth. Her husband has kids in CPS custody as well. Oh and she's homeless living in a program and she's only 23.
