2012 Body Recomp Challenge Placements.

Firstly I would like to congratulate everybody that took up the challenge. This years turnout was the best that I have seen in all the Recomp Challenges.

There were 4 judges as follows,
RADAR
OWL
The.gladiator1987
Zedhed

It took us 5 full days of deliberation. That tells you all how good this contest was. Everybody that took up this challenge is a true winner. You are the kind of peeps that make EF the very best BBing site on the entire internet.
This really was very difficult to determine and here are our picks.

1st DMK777
2nd Moya
3rd Rebecca D

The primary consideration was how much improvement each of you showed from the beginning to the end.

The prizes will be posted soon and there are some really very nice prizes this year put up by our very own mods here on EF.
Also a special thanks to Colstreamer for also putting up a prize.

On behalf of all the judges our hats off to each and everyone of you that managed to see this thru from start to finish.

Well done all!

Great work to the top three competitors! You all deserved it! And everyone else who didn't place top three, great work also! I bet you all made it so the judges had a hard time choosing!

Guys really. This was a very difficult decision as you all did so well. We are proud of each and every one of you as Zed stated. We went back and forth for quite some time on this and did not come to these decisions lightly. I respect each and everyone of you. I also want to give a special shout out to Ryan Arnett. Bro please don't stop doing what you are doing. For yourself, your health, and your family. Your transformation was awe inspiring for us all to watch. Congrats to all the winners and thank you one last time for the honor to judge this comp.

I have never win anything in my life and if I told you guys were I was with my life 5 years ago you wouldn't believe me , put this way if I had of carried my life on another year the way I was I would of been sure to be 6ft under. And it makes me cringe to think of those times now I look at my life and everyone around me and think how thankful i am that I turned my life around.


You guys are all the best mates I could wish for thank you so much. Mwah xxxx

wow, wasnt sure i would make top 3 or not... back to work i guess :evil: ...the plan this year is to hold off on the PL competition until i move up a weight class (to 165's so i would like to get close to 180...) which may take the better part of a year...

congrats to all!!!!

I have judged alot of contests but this one gave me the biggest headache, What at finish, I had a hard time choosing,

You're all winners, and "go Ryan" keep it up ,you just might win next yrs contest!
 
Congrats to all! This was a great contest and it is so nice to see everyone helping and cheering each other on (didn't even feel like a competition really).

Yeah I will second every word of that as I couldn't of put it better myself, between us we make 1 amazing army lol we are the best site going and it's a pleasure to be a part of that.

Congrats DMK and Moya. I'm honored to be included with such incredible physiques. (I'm practicing for the academy awards). Seriously, this was hard, but also fun in a challenging sort of way. I now have an idea of what a competition diet is like. Thanks for the encouragement and congrats to Moya and DMK again.

Yeah that's how I felt haha. Well done Rebs I think you done amazing and Moya tbh I thought had this 1!

Yeah it's gave me the taste for it now I'm actually still on the Palumbo diet haha I think I'm hooked , but yeah I totally get the chocolate thing mmmmm it's my fav and I don't even dare have 1 piece as it will turn into a binge haha.

I can't thank all you guys n girls enough I know if it wasn't for having such an amazing bunch of friends I wouldn't be nowhere near were I am now, when I first joined EF I had been training the same way for three years I was in ok shape but the question regarding training diet etc that I had went unanswered until I joined EF , from that day on my training excelled because all you going out of your way to point me in the right direction and give me that lift over the though times , I say this from the bottom of my heart you guys and EF changed my life , thank you so much for all your encouragement and having faith in me your my second family ... Hope we all carry on working as a team the best team ever!!!

5mg I think. They're little and white and round and they give you the strength of twenty atom bombs for twenty seconds...
 
So basically dosing I'd like 1 per set. But it's cool strength is phenomenal, you don't do press ups on these, you push the world up and down! ;)
