FOOD:
switched things around a bit cuz I went to the gym early.....
9:30: 30g whey in 1 cup skim milk
12:30: can chik, spinach, 10 all bran crackers, handful bb
3:00 PWO: 30g whey in 1 cup skim milk
5:00: in the car.... can chik, green beans, cold sweet potato....ate with my hands
8:30: 1 oz peanuts
11:30: 1.5 oz peanuts
WEIGHTS:
side laterals: 3 sets 12.5 x 12...6 TUT
upright rows: 3 sets 20x10...4 TUT
machine press: 3 sets 50x8....6 TUT
front laterals: 3 sets 15x12....4 TUT
I overslept, so I did cardio after my workout...
4 min warmup
6 cycles HIIT: 1 min 7.0, flat tread, 1.5 min 4.0, 15% incline
4 min cooldown

I have been sleeping like shit! I have the most annoying dreams, so when I wake up, it's like I never really went to sleep. I guess I just have a lot on my mind because I dream of electron configurations and different isotopes

......can't wait til I'm done with chemistry.
Sometimes people from EF are in my dreams......weird.
I really need to start tanning regularly, find a suit, and work on posing!
