You had 2 slices of pepperoni pizza ...they were eaten in this manner...
First pepperoni ...then tiny tiny bites until reaching bread crust.
There is something I still cannot "name" with the comfort of bread bites...
I have a clue...LOL...I think it may be the feeling of soft yet crusty feeling when you sink your teeth into it...
It was good then NOT NOW!!!!

CARDIO
Overslept this morning, so I made this up after the weights tonight. I can't program the mills in intervals for less than 1 minute, so I usually just do it manual, but this was too complicated for that.....so I increased the interval time a bit:

90 sec: 4.0, 15% incline
60 sec: 7.0, 0% incline

Only did 6 cycles total....short on time.


NOTES:

After spending like four hours of my day working on these chem problems that are online, I lost everything after a fuse blew....too many lights on and I was heating my food up in the microwave.
I only had two problems left :bawling: :evil:
I didn't know whether to cry or break something.
Guess I'll start over tomorrow.....anyway, time for the day to end.

I have been sleeping like shit! I have the most annoying dreams, so when I wake up, it's like I never really went to sleep. I guess I just have a lot on my mind because I dream of electron configurations and different isotopes :lmao: ......can't wait til I'm done with chemistry.
Sometimes people from EF are in my dreams......weird.

I really need to start tanning regularly, find a suit, and work on posing!

Yes, same tech, but it was after my workout and I usually do it before. I don't know if that would make a difference. We were also kind of rushed. I'm not real worried about the number because I know I look leaner. I've seen significant changes in the past week.

Hmmmmm :( I've never seen them at our Costco since thats where I was going for chicken all the time... I did find them for $3.99/lb though and I didn't think that was all too bad :)

I'm lovin' the giant sets. I have to go to the gym a little later than usual when it's not as crowded, otherwise it screws me all up, but I'm in and out in like 30 min, and it's a great cardio workout too.

I was really dragging today. Just physically exhausted; I don't know why. I've also been a lot hungrier between meals it seems....maybe because of the longer cardio.

Using some new supps....YES pre-cardio and pre-bed. I love this stuff already. I sweat like crazy during my cardio now, and I usually hardly ever sweat. Why do I like that? I dunno. I also started using Sesapure, so we'll see how I like that. And I got new protein...the VPX zero carb in Grahm Cracker. I thought it was too sweet, but when I cut it with a little vanilla, it's great!

No! Thanks for the reminder. I'm going to make a point to do that. What a difference it makes when some of that tension in your body is released. I had a KILLER massage when I was away at the beach. The MT was awesome and very strong. She hit all of these pressure points in my shoulder blades that caused some very weird reactions in my body, but I felt GREAT afterwards. I wish I could find someone like her here.

6 TUT on all

3 Giant Sets:

machine press: 40x8, 50x8, 60x8

side laterals: 12.5x8

upright cable rows: 40x8, 50x8, 60x8

incline front laterals: 10x8, 12.5x6, 10x8

rear laterals: 10x6, 7.5x8, 7.5x8

Abs: incline situps: 3 sets of 12

hanging leg raises: 3 sets of 12

The MT was awesome and very strong. She hit all of these pressure points in my shoulder blades that caused some very weird reactions in my body, but I felt GREAT afterwards. I wish I could find someone like her here.

Just a lil update...

I haven't been logging and probably won't for the next few days, but diet and training is the same. I've been too busy with life and doing everything I need to do for my show... music, suit, posing etc. I found someone that is helping me with my posing and routine, and that is going great!
We worked together for like 2 hours on Sunday and boy was I sore!
I'll get new pics up soon.

I just did legs yesterday (and they are REALLY sore) so it was kind of hard to flex them for the pics
I'm a little worried about the lower body coming in, but we'll see what happens in the next few weeks.

I"m happy to see the number finally drop! I was stuck for awhile, but it's funny how the fat has just started falling off these past few weeks.
I'm a little worried about the scale weight. I need to be under 125 at weigh in.
I'm also still holding a lot of fat in my butt :worried:

Congrats on the bf drop! I think you'll end up dropping a lot of water down the line, so it seems you're on track....how are you feeling?

You know, I'm actually feeling really good considering the circumstances. Compared to last year's prep, this time has been much more manageable mentally for me.
That said....I am starting to get a little crazy :p I'm sure others can relate, but the last few weeks for me I start getting all anti-social....I feel like everyone is staring at me, like everyone is against me- trying to sabotage my diet or something. Yes, I know I sound like a paranoid schizo, but I think I get so focused on the goal that it affects my normal life functioning. :evil:
Plus, I've been having really weird dreams....mostly dreams about food. Last night I had a dream that I "accidentally" ate a hot dog, and I woke up freaking out. LOL

What kind of food do you dream about? For me, it's usually some kind of fatty meat....burgers, gyros, meatloaf....which is weird because I've never been a big red meat eater. In fact, I didn't eat it for years until recently.
