2 more possible PR's on Dumbell Curls

Hey everyone! Its not worth much, and not sure they are PR's, but I hit the 70lb dumbells for 8 reps on each arm with alternating dumbell curls and the 60's for 11 reps. Every little bit helps though. ThanX for the encouragement!

ThanX Joltman!! That sucks man. Usually if I drink alot of OJ I can kill a sickness pretty fast. Im trying to avoid that shit myself. It always sucks energy out of my workouts. ThanX again!!

Piece of cake bro, just pretend that some 405lb fat dude, who thinks he is muscular, just interrupted his power-rack barbell curl set to come over and enlighten you on proper bench form. Then, picture yourself building so much anger and hatred for said fatass, that you pick him up and throw him through the gym ceiling.

Or possibly some variation on that theme.

haha Oh yea!! I come up with some crazy visuals! When Im deadlifting I picture flipping a car in traffic, or ripping someones limbs off, or just zone out and think about all the fucking past abusiveness! haha That gets me pumped!!! ThanX Paulo!
