Hey everyone! Its not worth much, and not sure they are PR's, but I hit the 70lb dumbells for 8 reps on each arm with alternating dumbell curls and the 60's for 11 reps. Every little bit helps though. ThanX for the encouragement!
ThanX Joltman!! That sucks man. Usually if I drink alot of OJ I can kill a sickness pretty fast. Im trying to avoid that shit myself. It always sucks energy out of my workouts. ThanX again!!
