Ugh i got tonsilitis, strep, double ear infection and acute bronchitis all at once. knocked me on my ass and made it real hard to get the calories i needed, plus it was impossible for me to lift. I dropped 13lbs, and am considerably smaller. Biggest thing that sucks is i got sick durring week 1 of pct, so its only just about week 3 now. I gained real well on my cycle, but now i lost most of what i gained. im still a little bigger than i was on day 1 of the cycle. but its killing me to think i have another 16weeks before i can cycle. =/ blah:saw:

any one have any advice how to motivate through this? just sucks because i have more test and everything waiting for my next cycle, but 16weeks is so far away =/

Just stay calm bro and do what it takes to get better. I bet a lot of that weight loss is water anyway. Life throws curve balls once in a while and we just need to go with it. Get healthy and get under those weights again. Your next cycle will be here before you know it.

I always get the flu during weeks 3 or 4 in the cycle and usually during week 2 of the PCT. It is like clockwork lol

I force myself to go to the gym and make sure my diet is clean. I am starting week 6 of my cycle and I got sick last week and I am still recovering. I always cut cardio when I am sick but keep with the weight. I go a bit heavier yet keep the sets the same and I focus on the major muscles. Also, I change my routine if I am sick. Normally I start with squats but that is killer with the heavy weights so I will pre-fatigue myself with all of the other exercises and do squats last. I have to use lighter weights and psychologically it is an easier workout so it helps me stay motivated because I am still at the guy getting my job done. If I am sick I also skip the negatives or whatever I normally do to get that extra kick.

Also, get tons of rest and take it easy! Get the workouts in but give the body some time to heal. I never take naps but if I am sick I listen to my body and don't feel regret if I have to sleep for a bit. (Normally naps make me feel guilty.)
