2.5 weeks into SwoleGenix

Well I've been cutting for about 2 months now and have had some excellent progress. The problem I was having before with cutting and diet was listening to too many peoples theory's on how to do it. Well I have to say that I finally have found the missing link to constant progress = SwoleGenix. This diet/training program is set up perfectly. Cutting have never been so easy, and not dreaded. The diet is not hard to follow, the gains in the gym are still on the rise, and the body fat is melting away. I had a personal trainer in my gym last night asking me what I was doing-if I was on anything. I told him basically I eat strict and do cardio every morning for 45min. He said he could see dramatic results from before and now. I told him yeah, I've gotten a little smaller but it's worth it for the vascularity, striations, and abs. He looked confused he then told me he thought I looked bigger than previous to cutting. I was happy to hear that...since the worst thing about cutting is feeling smaller. I love this program! The best part about it is that I am satisfied all the time, I'm not ever hungry, and I seem to have more energy than previously. I don't know how long it will take to get to my goal of 5% bf but I know that this is the program to get me there.

Stats: 5'11

weight: previous- 200 now- 186

bodyfat before (estimate) 13-14% bodyfat now (estimate) 9%

I'm going to get underwater tested as soon as I get some time, I'm in no rush though cause I don't really care since I know I'm no where near 5%.

I read about that about 2 weeks ago, the results bro's over there have had seem pretty good, I might have to check Swole's program out.

MrMac- yeah bro, results are phenominal! I am planning on hitting SwoledUp as soon as I get to the body fat level I want. I will probably maintain the low body fat for a few months then take on SwoledUp around December. I can't wait to try out the Bulking Program!!! :p

I don't doubt your diets don't work, I just don't have moiney to spend consider I am 15, if you ever wanna do one for free though I'll volunteer : ).
 
the donation was well worth it :D. I have the key to getting shredded when ever I wish locked away in my cranium thanks to ~SC~. Soon, I will have the SwoledUp program locked away as well and then the puzzle is finished. No more stress, it's all taken care of. Gotta love it. :p

BTW, I have studied diet, nutrition, and eating habits almost my whole life. I have done well for myself but there comes a point where you need guidance -"from an expert".....so before going to SwoleCat for help- to further convince myself that he was as knowledgeable as I had heard, I did a search on this site and the gotfina site. Everyone of his posts cleary shows that this is the man to talk to about diet. Shit just look at him. Do a search, you will see by his posts that he know WTF he's talking about.

what kind of donation, or paying for it, is a good donation $ wise. I really dont care if im paying for advice, ur taking time out of your life to give me personal advice, your doing a service so u should be compensated justly. Also, ive seen before that it is intended for the drug-free BB, does your advice change for the enhanced BB?
 
sounds cool, i'm cutting and have lost a decent 25 lbs in about 10 weeks. I'm still losing, albeit slowly. I'm thinking of goin keto again for a bit to change things up, but hey swole, email me at [email protected] and elt me know whats up, any more dieting knowledge would be welcome.
 
doing great bro. Still leaning out...today's my day off so I'm going to chow down. I'm all about french toast this morning:D. I think I'll have a big ass burger for lunch...and going camping tonight so I'll have to eat my share of Smore's:p ...ummm toasted marshmellow's. :D
 
I'm just fat, not muscular at all really. I'm 5'10", 236 lbs, 23% bodyfat (I think).

I just want to get down to 195 lbs to help my back pain. I was born with a couple of extra hemi-vertabrae. So I have a lot of pain caused by the extra weight I carry. I was at 256-260 lbs for like 3 months there. Most of the weight gain was after I lost my Job last October (Post Sept 11). I'm still unemployed and its tough, so working out/dieting is one of the things in my life that keeps me going and helps keep the depression low. I've been on a lower carb, 3 weekly work out diet with some Xenadrine for 4 weeks. After about 8 weeks (Currently in 8th week) dieting/working out I've lost about 21 lbs or so. My chest/arms/shoulders and legs also look a lot cutter and I've lost 2" on the stomach.

I still have a ways to go and have been doing low weight, high rep muscle work outs in order to not 'bulk' but to tone to increase metabolism. At least thats what I've been told to do.

Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks.

The programs are designed for the natural trainee, because I believe as soon as u make chemicals a part of a program, it is doomed to fail. Either the chemicals will run out, they will be fakes, will be used inappropriately, etc. etc. As well, I don't give advice on how to take any type of gear. I believe it being designed for the average Joe being natural is the reason for it's success. Chemical supplementation may run out, but a precise program and food NEVER will. That equals success at all times.

If YOU choose to use chemical enhancement, then the results you obtain from the program may occur slightly faster, or may end up being a certain percentage better. How much more will depend again on the above factors. I have had many a natural trainee have great success on the programs, and be asked, "what are you taking" when, in fact, they are taking nada...........

I lift 3 time a week and am on my high school's cross-country team, I was looking to lose a little fat, (about 1-2% bf), I have just started lifting recently and am wondering if I should change my diet or if the muscle I (hopefully :worried: ) will be getting will speed up my metabolism and I don't have to worry about it ,email me [email protected] thanks

MrMak, it's going great bro. I'm going to hit up the Mass program too SwoledUp as soon as I'm done getting ripped to shreds...can't wait to try the bulking program...if it's as efficient as SwoleGenix then I'm set for life! ;)
 
4, I think? I ran into some trouble with the Prop I was using. 1. it bloated me out bigtime. I think I'm very sensitive to Test, cause the same think happened to me on Sus, but I was thinking with Prop I wouldn't hold any water. I also was getting sensitive nips so I droped the Prop, and all the water is coming off. I'm feeling good again, the Prop really messed my physique up, I was shredded, veiny, and rock hard...and it was like I woke up to being a bloated water retaining buffalo. But things are now back on track, diet is fucking awesome- I love it! I cheated hard this weekend, I mean hard - it was like Christmas:D French toast, PB&J Toast, Cookies, Pecan Pie, Burger, boat loads of Spegetti and French bread, and a large Blizzard with extra Oreo's! :p I'm feeling lean again. I don't think test is for me, I will stick to Anabolics from now on. Mentally the water retention was a set back in a way, because I felt as though I was putting on weight again...and I was...186 to 192...but it was all water. So now it's time to look good again...and get to that 5% bf I've always wanted. Love the Program bro, love it.

Well let's see Saturday I had Eggs and Oatmeal/Toast for breaky, then I had French Toast, Rice crispy Treat, Peanut butter toast, Oh's cereal, honey bunches of oats cereal, Spagetti and sausage with a shit load of sourdough bread, and a large Oreo Blizzard from dairy queen, and a protein shake to end the day. Made myself sick I had to go to bed. I will not do this again! - I hope:rolleyes: . I just need to cut back a little bit. Next week I think I'm all about mexican food.
 
CHEAT DAY

Guys for anyone that doubts Swole, you really don't know what you are missing out on. I have been on swoles diet for about three weeks now. I have honestly made more progress naturally in the last three weeks then i did on my whole last cut cycle. GUYS AND GIRLS, SWOLE KNOWS HIS SH%T. The donation was well worth it, as i am on track to looking the best i ever have in about 4 more weeks.

Swole my last cheat day was the balls.
Breakfast
Country omelette
Apple pancakes
Bagel with Cream Cheese
Snack PBJ sandwich
chips
Cookies
Lunch
Pizza Hut pizza
Dinner
Chicken fajitas
tortilla chips
Ice cream sundae

Hopefully That isn't too overboard
 
I've been doing SwoledUP and gaining really well, its my 2nd week and I have seen visible results already. 2-3 pound increase the first week with none being fat, havent measured this week yet.

tridenstar- yum pizza hut, what kind? Shit that reminds me I left out the bag of Cool Ranch Doritos I ate. How'd you feel after all that? I always feel sick as a dog, have to go to sleep. I'm not going to cheat so hard this weekend because this past week I've really gotten some nice results, I think your body burns fat in cycle's. At first I lost a shitload then it slowed down but now its going strong again. Good Luck to all

A chicken pot pie.
I hope im not going overboard.

BTW i was very disappointed in the chicago deep dish fro pizza hut....... this saturday im gonna get a slice or two from this neighborhood place that is awesome

I havent really noticed the weight slowing........ but all day sturday i am exhausted.... i eat then nap all day. hahahaha

The other thing is i feel like i take three steps forward during the week and the cheet day puts me back one........ but screw it i need that food yum yum.

damn bro- LMAO! You've got that shit planned out to a T- haha. One thing I notice from the cheat day is feeling bloated the next day, and mabey a little water retention. But, last Sat was a huge Cheat day for me I gorged felt like shit went to bed because of it and this week I have made tremendous gains in fat loss. So I don't think your taking one step back your just mabey a little bloated and or holding some excess water. BTW- try still doing the cardio on your off day...I try to do 1hr instead of 45min just to kickstart my metabolism priming it to burn up all the shit I plan to ingest. Hmm. I got to start planning for this weekend. I want to get a Burger from somewhere, thinking Carls 6$ or Inn and out double double, damn or a western bacon cheese burger. That's fatning as fuck though, I still try to stay some what low fat, and concentrate more on CARB intake!
