tridenstar- yum pizza hut, what kind? Shit that reminds me I left out the bag of Cool Ranch Doritos I ate. How'd you feel after all that? I always feel sick as a dog, have to go to sleep. I'm not going to cheat so hard this weekend because this past week I've really gotten some nice results, I think your body burns fat in cycle's. At first I lost a shitload then it slowed down but now its going strong again. Good Luck to all

what's the cheat day gonna look like this week?
 
Shit solid, i already have it planned out. Saturady i am waking up at 7 Am.

Breakfast
BK crosanwich with hashbrowns
Coffee roll from DD
Lunch
a Primo i talian sub from this place that makes the most insane italinans ( half here and half or a sub from quiznos..... im dying to try one)
Snack some cheetos
Dinner my gf's mom is making som mecican food, so tacos from lean beef and cake for her dads bday.

THen a later in the day snack......
A chicken pot pie.
I hope im not going overboard.

BTW i was very disappointed in the chicago deep dish fro pizza hut....... this saturday im gonna get a slice or two from this neighborhood place that is awesome

I havent really noticed the weight slowing........ but all day sturday i am exhausted.... i eat then nap all day. hahahaha

The other thing is i feel like i take three steps forward during the week and the cheet day puts me back one........ but screw it i need that food yum yum.

damn bro- LMAO! You've got that shit planned out to a T- haha. One thing I notice from the cheat day is feeling bloated the next day, and mabey a little water retention. But, last Sat was a huge Cheat day for me I gorged felt like shit went to bed because of it and this week I have made tremendous gains in fat loss. So I don't think your taking one step back your just mabey a little bloated and or holding some excess water. BTW- try still doing the cardio on your off day...I try to do 1hr instead of 45min just to kickstart my metabolism priming it to burn up all the shit I plan to ingest. Hmm. I got to start planning for this weekend. I want to get a Burger from somewhere, thinking Carls 6$ or Inn and out double double, damn or a western bacon cheese burger. That's fatning as fuck though, I still try to stay some what low fat, and concentrate more on CARB intake!
 
solid, as i think of what i want i have my gf write it down, then i plan the day out about thursday......... she's the best, a rea trooper she is there with me for every mean on saturdays.....hahah also if you have a AIM name wanna pm it to me, id like to talk more about swolegenix

Solid, i totally agree, she is the balls. Only if every chick was made the way she was........ so no aim, any thing else that i can maybe talk in real time?
