1st steroid cycle

Hello and welcome

There is a lot of info available on this board, but before people will help you, usually we ask a few questions.

Would you mind letting us know

-how old you are?

-how long you have been training? Typical training split, do you make gains with volume or more HIT type of training?

-basic stats like height, weight, bodyfat %

-what your goals are?

-I like to hear what your daily calorie intake is, how much protein, carbs, fat
 
I'm on the national team for tennis. I have been going to the gym about 3 years and I'm now 175. I'm 6'1. Most of my weight is from my legs as I was also a junior national runner. My chest is very small and I want to build size as it is 32 inches. I consume about 5000 calories everyday as I am very active. Since I need carbs for energy I consume a diet of about 40% protein, 40% carbohydrates, and 20% fat. I do a lot of running to keep up with weight gain as I used to be 150, 6 months ago.

I use protein supplements as well as weight gainers like ensure plus.

I'm 16.5 but what i'm wondering is if i just did cycles on low dosages if it would cause side effects like shoulder stop growing.

I want to increase my chest size and be able to keep my gains as I seem to stop making progress in the gym in terms of size.
 
16.5! no one here is gonna give u steroid advice and if they do i am gonna bomb the shit out of them.

come back to the aas board in 7 years. i would concentrate on the diet, supplement, & weight lifting forums only.

16 1/2 and your looking to do steroids???? What is this world coming to? You have so much natural testosterone right now its sick! Try using that until it starts to drop when you turn about 25. I wouldn't suggest anyone take steroids before the age of 23 and I would tell them to wait to 25 if they did decide to but at least 23 you start to hit your plateau of free testosterone. If you gained 25lbs in six months that right there should tell you that you don't need steroids. Keep training hard and up your calories to 6000-7000 a day and you should gain another 15-20lbs in six months.
 
what is it in people's nature that makes them think they are different from everyone else?people read about steroids, that they should not be used by anyone under 25 ish, but still ask 'can i take/how should i take/how should i stack steroids'
hell i would LOVE to take steroids but im only 20, it's going to be a long five years but i'd rather wait five years than screw my body up.
 
holy fucking shit on the walls...16.5 and wanting to do steroids...go read a book or something...or atleast do some searches on here and get your head in the game cuz right now it's still in the locker room...don't ever think of touching steroids until you have PEAKED naturally which is in your early to mid 20s...also, did you not notice you gained 25lbs. in 6 months...your body is not anywhere close to being done growing naturally...go read the other forums on weight training and diet and you'll learn some different techniques on how to shock the system and allow it to grow and peak past your so called plateaus...and like guardian said, come back in 7 years and ask those questions again because if you do juice now, you will probably regret it for the rest of your life!!!

eat everything in site. benchpress heavy and often. do weighted dips often. sleep.

you dont need steroids.

Ok i understand what u'll are saying so along with for food just stick to proper diet. If not steroids what can I use to build size though. I was using a GNC weight gainer but the serving size is rediculous.

well who does need them really?? we all want to use them. no one actually NEEDS steroids unless you have aids of course. i started when i was 17 and i don't really regret it to be honest . but then again i was benchin 300 already naturally and i weighed 185 at 5'8'' so its a different scenario
 
If i were to take testosterone enanthate for 4-8 weeks and stop would that really cause any irreversible side effects because i don't want to do more than one cycle. Can't I use deca and testosterone enanthate for a month and stop?

NO YOU CANT!!! YOU RETARD.. you can hardly drive legally and you wanna juice? you will hurt yourself more than you help!
 
What does driving legally have 2 do about "juicing"? Is telling illegal steroid users that obtain their "gear" from online pharmacies how to cycle steroids legal?

it has nothing to do with the legality of the steroids but more to the point of your young age an inexperience hence the barely driving legally comment.

u have enough natural test in your body 2 accomplish all of these goals if u would just take your advice. u can argue with us until u r blue in the face but no one will give u advice on how to take steroids here.

Ok, the thing is I had a personal trainer who was a former bodybuilder. He was recommended by my friend and was supposed to be excellent but i didn't make any progress so i went on my own. Is their a section of this website that could help me with bulking up without the roids (i.e. gym routines, programs etc for building mass)?

You are still growing and going to fill out naturally.

If you take steroids too young you may stop growing in height.

Also, you don't need steroids to build muscle. They are called performance ENHANCING drugs as they only enhance, they don't do the job.

Building muscle is all about training consistently, with intensity, training smart, getting enough rest and eating a lot of good food.

I would also suggest you google 'natural bodybuilders' or 'classic bodybuilders'.

There are people that develop awesome physiques without any drugs, and the classic bodybuilders did it before steroids were available.

Check out the diet forum, the weight training and bodybuilding forum.

Work out a training split, start eating every 2-3 hours, real food is better than any gainer or whey protein.

let me give you a quick explanation on top of what I and many others have said...you have not stopped growing AT ALL...when i graduated high school at the ripe old age of 18, i was 5'11 135lbs...scrawny as shit and most of my muscle and weight was all in my lower body...by the time I hit 22, i weighed 245lbs. and never touched a steroid, supplement or anything...just the gym and eating ALOT of food...i'm now 29 and i can fluctuate my weight however i want...on cycle i'm around 230-240 and off cycle im around 190-200...i used to have a 30" chest and now it's 45" which imo is still way to small but shit...it's grown 15" and most of that chest size growing was from 18-22 years old...so sit back and relax...it will happen...
