I'm on the national team for tennis. I have been going to the gym about 3 years and I'm now 175. I'm 6'1. Most of my weight is from my legs as I was also a junior national runner. My chest is very small and I want to build size as it is 32 inches. I consume about 5000 calories everyday as I am very active. Since I need carbs for energy I consume a diet of about 40% protein, 40% carbohydrates, and 20% fat. I do a lot of running to keep up with weight gain as I used to be 150, 6 months ago.
I use protein supplements as well as weight gainers like ensure plus.
I'm 16.5 but what i'm wondering is if i just did cycles on low dosages if it would cause side effects like shoulder stop growing.
I want to increase my chest size and be able to keep my gains as I seem to stop making progress in the gym in terms of size.
