Well to start I am 22 6'3 191 lbs , I've been working out steady for about a year and have made great gains , max bench is 230 lbs but looking to get bigger my metabolism is ridiculous . So aside from eating flawlessly , take multi-v's, and quickmass , I have test 250 e and d-bol 50 mgs , just really looking for what to add any one experienced your inputs much appreciated !
