5'11 185 8% bf. Clean diet, gym 5 days a week.

I tore a tendon in my hamstring months ago and the recovery has stagnated. I've read EQ is good for collagen synthesis.

Cycle:
Eq 1-12 400mg a week
Test E 1-12 200mg a week
Clomid 14-16

Nolvadex on hand.. should I get HCG?

Opinions on cycle?

Other ideas to heal tendon?

If you have done any research you will find that tendons are one of the slowest damn healing parts to the body there is. I found this out as I have golfers elbow from lifting. Ignorantly, I ignored treatment and thought it would just heal. Well I haven't been able to lift in 2-3 months now. That is a long time to be off for me. The last 3 weeks has been constant iceing, lots of GH and doing as much of NOTHING with that arm as posible. Guess what? Its finally getting better. So EQ may help with colegene synthesis however it is going to lead to continual stressing of injury and extending the recovery period which you think is going to be shortened. IMHO
Just ice the shit out of it. Don't screw around with it and let it heal. Iceing is a major part as tendons will not heal if there is too much blood in injury area, no I don't know why. That is what I read and it has worked well for me. I hope you ice it 6-8 times a day and in 4 weeks you can do your kick ass cycle and be back to normal!

X2 on all of this (except, I can't comment on the GH... don't have any experience with that... YET :) ) I've had the same elbow / tendon experience... it takes forever to heal, especially if you continue to train and don't allow it to heal fully
