1G Test enanthate

IF you are wondering if it is worth it.........it isnt.

Stick with smaller amounts of test and stack compounds with higher AA ratios.

I've used a gram before and that's when the sides really came. It's not some magic number that makes you huge, you're better off in the 500-700mg range.

By the way, you can't even consider what the pros do or have done. I'm sure they all run high dose (way beyond only 1 gram) but they're unhealthy.

500-750 should be more than enough for anyone not competing... but I know guys competing who don't go over 500mg and I know guys nowhere near ready to compete on 2g+ per week....

Fuck seriously?? I get soooooo tired of these comments about ronnie coleman and Arnold... Fuck! Those guys are rare exceptions and 99% of us should not be put in the same sentence as them... What they do means nothing to the normal person!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no need whatsoever to be on a gram of test! The more is always better mentality is not right! This is always such a mistake... 350-500 is plenty... Then additions should be made to the cycle to make it shine... If a cycle is constructed and ran properly there is no need to be over 500... Through more study and usage, i really havent found too significant of a difference between 350 and 500...

I have before. You better have your diet 98% or better and you better WO seriously or its a waste. If you are going to be a bodybuilder and compete then that is the only reason. If you are just a gym junkie and want to look cool than stick to no more than 600mg of test.

I would agree with this statement. I used to be in the more is better camp, now after having done it a few times I think this is so wrong, I enjoy running less and feeling better. Besides the fact that it is sooooo hard on your body.

Man you need to eat more food and supplement less. I bet you would grow. Most pros rarely use protein powders and if they do its only postworkout. They take in more whole food for better nutrition. And if you wanna get big you dont have to use that much test. Add different stuff tren deca eq anadrol. More is not better. Please do research before you go pinning yourself with that much gear.
I know of one up and comming pro's take
1500mg's test/ew
1000mg's eg/ew
1000mg's tren/ew
100mg's anadrol/ed
with insulin and hgh
and he eats more in two meals than you do all day. On his busy days he eats breakfast like 8-9 eggs oats ect. during the day while on the go he has told me he eats subway trice a day two foot longs each visit. and then two more meals and a half a gallon of icecream at night. No pro's go not eat clean in the offseason.

Why do you want to go pro, theres no money in it !

I don't like when people use this statement.. There is more to life than money. To the op your diet is bad and juice isnt going to be a substitute for a bad diet, and soda? Seriously?..

There's not even enough money in it to support yourself. Drugs, food, and supplements. Sure, anyone can compete if they have the passion for it but it's a waste of money and your health.

Id rather be broke and do what i love than be rich and do something i hate.

Or you can be smart about it and have the patience to put yourself in a career to where you can support your NPC career.

I know a few of the guys I train with that compete who are chiropractors, database managers, semiconductor designers etc.......pays well and enough for you to chase your competitive goals in bodybuilding!!!!!!!!!

I am with evan on this one and if I didnt have the commitment of future wife etc that I would be doing nothing but bodybuilding and working a shitty ass job cause at the end of the day I am happy with the lifestyle.

Post a pic and I'll tell you in three seconds whether a gram of test is the answer to your problem.

Ran 150mg of T suspension/day...largest and last cycle i ever did. i was 265-270lbs, working out 5-6 hours a day, eating 5k calories. i don't have any plans of going that high ever again, cheers
