18 months of Syntheselen and Synthetine

I'm glad to see how popular synthetine and syntheselen are becoming. Those two products basically allowed me stay fit, healthy, and to achieve the goal of becoming a coach and a role model for my kids. Big thanks!

Same diet that I used in the past of no fat, low carbs, high protein only, previously, everytime I would stop it, the weight would pile back on. With the Synthetek products, everytime during these 18 months that I would have a break from the diet, no fat went back on, so I was able to achieve what I desired by the end of the 18months, as you can see in the photos.

Congrats on your weight loss!

Honestly though I think if you would have just followed something like the paleo diet you would have had better progress. Paleo falls short for strength and bodybuilding athletes, but it looks like you just wanted to lose some weight.

On a side note, Im actually kind of surprised the Syntheselen and Synthetine combo isnt tyalked about here more. Seems not a lot of folks have used it here. My guess is the large daily injections turn people off.

Im actually expecting that combo myself here this week and look forward to giving it a test drive.

We use these products on a regular basis and I have nothing but good comments. Some top notch items made by this company.

Im actually expecting that combo myself here this week and look forward to giving it a test drive.

Thats exactly what I am doing but at my bodyweight, thats 4mls of each and thats a lot to inject daily.

I just started today with one ml of each, ill goto 1.5ml of each tomorrow and 2ml of each the next day to make sure I can handle a single 4ml injection and then it will be 2ml of each (4ml total) in each ass cheek daily.

3cc's in the left cheeck this morning (1.5ml of each) and its a bit tender, nothing too bad. We will see what 4cc's back in the right cheek do tomorrow.
