Bro I really think you need more work on your back...leave your bicepts alone for a bit..looks more then the rest. Im not sure about your skill level but if you get a personal trainer and work on dead lifts you will slap on meat. I mean with your paportions youd add alot more so then someone with weak hand grips and chicken legs that cant even hold or balance the bar..so with your body, check it out. Look for a bodybuilding personal trainer that can really get you going..if your smart you will go with all your diet and workouts written so he can adjust them and go over form.
