Well, I've been set up with a 3 day routine split with Bi's Back, Legs, Chest tri's with abs on all 3 days, and its about a week into it, and im SO SORE everywhere... My god.. Plus to this situation though, i went into my local VitaWorld, god 15 lbs of Whey for 30$, im so pumped i saved a ton of money on it.. They have a buy 1 get 1 special today and i bought it all and there was an oddball one left they gave me half off, so if you live near a vita world hit it up :)

Edit: Abs are every time i work out, but i work out every other day, if it were up to me id work out everyday, but if that were the case i shouldnt work my abs, however in my opinion my abs are already too big and i dont want to work them at all really, maybe once a week, but this guys got me on a diff split.

Just a thought on the abs - is this 3 days straight and then a day off, repeat or 3 days / week? Then going into the abs thing - abs are a muscle group just like shoulders, back, legs, whatever. You want to give them a chance to recover as well. The whole thing about doing a crapload of ab work to get your 6-pack to show is a little skewed - its more diet than ab work. Too much ab work just makes you look thick in the middle.
 
you're doing entirely too much...

you will soon find yourself overtrained, and making zero gains...
 
boy things have changed since when i was 16 or 17. noone even thought of doing steroids then. noone knew anything about hem.now kids talk about doing them like its nothing.

anyhow great build. good looking kid. hope you choose to stay natural for many years. you are too young to understand the importance of good blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.

You have a great build naturally, and you are really going to be filling out because of the change in hormones over the next few years, too. You don't need steroids, just smart training and a good clean diet. You are going to look great!
