12 yrs training going for my 1st cycle

Hi Guys. Have been reading through this site every day for the last month trying to gain info..
Looking for advice now:
I am 35yrs old, 205lbs, 5`10 tall, bf13%, trained natural for 12 yrs.
My Pr`s are Flat Bench:350lbs,Squat:500lbs,Dead Lifts:550lbs. My diet is 90%clean and the only addition is 25g protein 3 times per day. I have always loved weight training but now I have made the decision to try AS.
I have not taken this decision lightly but have seen the gains it has given to my training partner.
My first course has been suggested as follows, I dont want to over complicate things, my goal is to gain more muscle mass:

Weeks 1-4 30mg dbol
Weeks 1-8 250mg decca
Weeks 1-8 250mg sust

Will be taking tamox(apparently the same properties as nolva)during cycle and start clomid 3 weeks after last jab.

Guys how does this look as a 1st cycle, is it too light? Comments/advice always welcome..

If you have honestly been training hard for 12 years, you should definately have the training part down, and if you have your diet where it needs to be then you have already taken care of 75% of making your first cycle go well. I know what its like when you are about to give AS a try for the first time, you have a ton of bad thoughts running through your head due to the shit the media puts out there for us, but trust yourself and listen to the advice of those who know what theyre doing and have experience and actual knowledge on the topic. Im glad to see you held off til you were ready, the natural gains youve made will be a great benefit toward your first cycle. My honest opinion, Im guessing your wanting this cycle to be as light as possible, by the looks of your doses, but its too light and you wont see the results you are looking for. In regards to the deca, I have never noticed results below 300mg/wk, 400mg is the lightest I recommend deca being ran. If you bump the deca up to 400/wk, you can keep the test at 250mg/wk and see good results. If you dont want to up the deca, then I would up the test to 500mg/wk. Let me know what you decide.
 
Thanks Georgie ....I know my diet is key to making the gains I want..Im expecting a big food bill for the next few months..

Machine... Sound advice man, and I know were your coming from..I know my trainings good and my base is better than the majority of people I know who have taken gear...if im honest with myself and you have read me well, probably a bit light for my first course to have the best gains, I will reconsider and read about it a bit more..more than likely to go with more sust, keep d/bol/decca as planned..

ok...i think for a first cycle, you dont need to run those three. I suggest running sust and dbol only at those dosages. some people like deco dbol...but its up to u my only suggestion is to go with just 2 of those if not one.
 
Thanks for the advice Bicepts....I have seen some advice on other threads on 1st cycles and the opinion is mixed..I can understand 1st cycle..how will the body react etc...but I dont want to waste an 8 week cycle with no gains..with the dosage you have quoted do you have experience or know anybody who made half decent gains....?

I see no problems with running the 3 compounds. The dbol is only for a kickstart to the cycle and at 30mg/day it is a light enough dose to where you will not notice any sides.
 
Do 250mg sust e5d. Thats it. No dbol, no deca. And btw tamoxifen citrate is the chemical name for the name brand "nolvadex"
