Here is my update.
I stepped on the scale last night and it was a new high for me. 250lbs. That was cool. The way it looks isn't as cool.

Relaxed. Gut hanging out!

I am not sure of my body fat at this point. I am guessing between 11 and 12%. I will try and get it done before the weekend.
I have been floating between 243 and 250. My goal is to clean up my diet starting January 1st. I would like to get to 8% by March and 6 to 7% by June.
 
IMO.... You still look outstanding, especially considering clean for last 4 months. With a dark tan and overhead lighting,, the abs would show up even more.

How do you compare to the classical physique standards? I think this could be your edge at your heigth. Let your hair grow just a bit and you could be knocking on Reeve's door and that is damn good company.
 
Is you crazy!!! You cannot see a complete six-pack with bodyfat in the 11-12% range! You are definitely below 10%. I think you look better, actually. You sure weigh a lot more, don't you? If you want to actually know what your bodyfat level is, just go buy a set of calipers, and find a good formula that tests more than 3 sites. The more sites you test, the more accurate you will be.

Pinch tests are accurate to within 4-7%. I used to pt and know they arent worth a crap.
 
There is a place where I can get dunked for $40 near my gym. If I get in sick shape I will go for it. That will be close to the summer though...

You're still lucky bro. I put some fat in and my love handles grow immediately. That sucks! at least you still see good abdominalage

I lost all the K being a bookie. I suffered through two brutal pile-ons that won!
I am working on my upper chest. I am trying to bring up my delts too. They are really lagging behind.
My lats are shrinking. With my bicep tendon being partially torn I can't go heavy at all.

yup slat has great look going. could stand to trim up around the abs, but does anyone really care if you are not in a contest or shooting for fitness magazines. genetically gifted in the torso department.

Just keep postin ab pix so sassy has something to occupy her devious little mind....

I am cleaning my diet up as of today. It will be a slow process. Hopefully, I can get as ripped as I am in my signature but have a little more muscle. I was 225 in the signature. I would like to look like that in the 230 range!
 
at your ht you could have easily lost 15 lbs if you had the true flu. (not a bad cold). this is water wt and not a good thing. you probably feel weak and your face looks gaunt. (sorry slat we know you are quite taken with yourself)(

Yup. Hit legs. Went lighter than normal. Higher reps too. I didn't want to kill myself my first day back.
Still eating clean today. Heading to the gym later to do chest.

237 today. Getting their slowly.
I ordered a Foodsaver on Friday. I am pumped for it to get here so I can make all my meals for the week on Sundays and Wednesdays.
I am hoping this summer I will look my all time best. If not I should look pretty good any way. Hopefully, starting to eat clean this early will pay off.
 
I'm with ya bro... getting ready for the summer quite early! Good job so far, except for the pizza! ... extra cardio for you! Except hopefully I won't be subjected to showing off at Hampton this year... I truely hate that beach... so dirty and trashy. Although Salibury is nice and quiet, but no place to show off, lol. Maybe take a vaca. somewhere decent I'm hoping!

Ha ha.. the only time I went to Hampton is when I was hooking up with some strippers from Ten's!

Getting my body fat done by 11am tomorrow the latest. I will update my progress pictures too. Doesn't seem like much progress so far!
 
Here are the results. They did it twice:

test one: 9.29%
test two: 10.19%

I am assuming the second test is more accurate. That is the number I am going to stick with.

I will post up some pictures tomorrow.

I decided to have a cheat day every Sunday. Then I had a cheat meal once a week.
I went from 7% ish to over 10%. I gained 25lbs. Topped out at 250.
That was just shy of 3 weeks ago. I am already down 8lbs. 17lbs or so to go!
