11 Months: Before and After

I've been lifting for about a year and three months now. After I took the first photo is when I really started getting serious about training. For the first four months I was still getting used to the different exercises and I knew nothing about nutrition. That is when I started coming to this board and I learned a lot.

I weigh about 145 lbs. in the first and in the second I'm about 165 lbs. and more cut.

The one thing that pisses me off is that my left trap is bigger than my right one and I'm right handed. What caused this? Bad posture? Genetics? What can I do to fix this?

Give me some feedback. Thanks.

lookin' good, dude!

you have made excellent progress.

You're doing good work.

I too exhibit that trap phenomenon, not exactly sure why. Since I'm a little stronger on my right side, a friend of mine suggested that I may cheat on most pressing exercises by bringing in more left trap (among other muscles) when I'm nearing failure. I make a conscious effort not to do that anymore.

great progress, you're kind of looking like Dawson from Dawson's Creek

Good progress!
James Vanderbeek;)
Trap imbalance can be from the alternate grip on the deadlifts...but you seemed to have corrected it. It looks pretty equal now in my opinion.
