10mg Nolva EOD sufficient?

I'm taking 20mg Novla EOD and am wondering if 10mg would be sufficient, or if I should continue taking 20mg. I did get slight puffy nips last cycle that have nearly dissapeared after a cutting cycle.

At those dosages it should be...but some people are alot more sensitive than others. But some guys can run 2 grams a week of test and get no symptoms, it is a very individual thing.

One sure way to find out....decrease it and see. For myself I need to stay at 20.

True. I think I'm going to go with 15-20mg EOD. I'm just concerned about losing a few extra lbs.

I would just spot use it when any sensitivity occurs. You may not ever need it that way, but there is only one way to find out.

why take chances???

If what you're doing is working and you're satisfied overall...don't change it. If you start to develop gyno, you may want to go to 20mgs ED.

I should throw out that I would not run a cycle without arimidex again. At your dosage I would probably use 1/2 tab eod, or 1 tab eod. I would never solely rely on nolvadex as my only antiestrogen.

20mgs ED to fend off gyno, plus arimidex...

I hate being sensitive....... must be the clomid.

Why's that? Arimidex seems to be hard to come by in Japan, so I opted for about 100 20mg Nolvas.

Because the bloat that test gives and the rapid increase in weight followed by a rapid loss of water weight afterwards is not something I look forward to. Not only that but not having to worry much about gyno is great...I like my cycles to be gain 12 lbs. keep 8, not blow up 20+ lbs. and keep 8.

Works for me. I don't appreciate the water bloat either. I'll try to get some Arimedex next cycle.
