Man, you're really coming in now. I had some doubts with the water you were holding at 4 weeks out.
Some posing critiques since I seem to do well at that.
Front standing shot (relaxed)
Don't hold the arms out so far. All that empty space between the arms and the torso just makes your torso look narrow.
front double bicep
Excellent. When you first hit it suck in alot of air and try to spread the lats out. After 2-3 seconds crunch down and contract the abs just like you are in this pose.
Side tricep & side chest
Great shots. Bend that back knee just a "PINCH" and don't "lean back" so much. I guess you're trying to show the front as well. Just keep in mind judges will be lined across the front rows so you'll need to rotate during the poses anyway. The way you're up on your toes in the side tri looks a bit feminine and you have a powerful physique so it's odd. A knee bend and more forward position will look more powerful.
Consider doing the "hands on hips" pose with one leg extended out in front to show the leg cuts. Like so: http://members.cox.net/s.wingate/images/fitness/front.jpg
Hit your best poses first and again at the very end of your routine, after the planned routine is done if you have to. Just like for standing comics people are more likely remember the first and last they see. I always ended with a crab shot and the most muscular like my avatar.
Good luck, bruh.
