Thanks again, funny thing is that I am still holding a lot of water in the front too, you can see it up close. My trainer can actually fit her knuckles in between the centre of my abs now. Once I am completely dry, I cant wait to see how they look.
Kills me that everyone is always telling me that I need to do direct work for serratus and intercostals (all I've ever done is deads and squats), and that my means of training abs wont do shit...
Omega, dropped the cardio a few weeks ago, legs were losing too much size. Plus with all the posing practice it burns way more calories anyway

thanks bro, your feedback at the gym today really helped, and I know you well enough that you would tell me how it is. I was pissy all day about the way the arms looked in the shots, and I have dropped 3/4" in the past few days, but I am much better about it now. Once I carb load it'll be all good.
