I am almost to my goals in sheer size. I am going to change my diet to start cutting this or next week. I plan on shredding down so that my abs are clearly visible again. My arms are definatly beyond where I need them to be, and I'll have some leg pictures soon.

What areas do you suggest i target first? Any comments/criticism is welcome, i dont take offense to it.

been like that since i was 14... nothing new.. my mom was stupid and said it was normal.. she never even took me to the doctor.. god i wish i knew what i know now back then. I got made fun of alot because of it.. .is there a way to get rid of it since its been there so long? (other than surgery)

you look ripped with some good size, as far as the gyno. could try nolvs for a few months at like 20-40 mg. someone said aromasin cleared alot of there existing gyno......i wouldnt worry too much about it, cant even really notice

you have a good build just bring up the forearms and maybe get a bit leaner in the midsection, and more chest work.

Definition

Gynecomastia is a common disease of the male breast where there is a benign glandular enlargement of that breast at some time in the male's life. It usually consists of the appearance of a flat pad of glandular tissue beneath a nipple which becomes tender at the same time. The development may be unilateral or bilateral. There is rarely a continued growth of the breast tissue; ordinarily the process is of brief duration and stops short of the production of permanent enlargement of the breast.


that was the book definition. if you look at his nipples in the first shot, you will see that they are not flat. thats what everyone is talking about. you don't have to have huge tits for it to be called gyno. just a slight enlargment. as far as treating with tamoxifen, its worth a try but it may be too late because you said its been there for a while. sometimes with a long duration, the hyperplasia in the ductile tissue under the nipple has been replaced by fibrosis and surgery is the only option.
 
i didn't notice the scar till you mentioned it. gives you character dude!

you look good. you do not look as big as 210 so you must be solid. nice waistline, not all flabby.
 
i just measured my legs and bis cold since im in the office. biceps are at 18". legs are at 25 3/4". i'll have to measure after a full pump. A week has past since these pictures were taken. New pictures will be taken tomorrow and posted!

i thought at first it was a vagina, but i dont see a vagina on him, then i thought good gynetics, but he said he got made fun of for it:confused:

Looking good bro. You have the same pair of nipples as me I swear. Mine are like that from puberty also. :o One day i'll get the knife and get it cut out.

thanks! its funny. girls were rubbin on my chest and playin with my nips on sunday. they said they loved em.. maybe i'll keep em that way
 
Thats crazy waht are you suppose to do about gyno? I went to a doctor about mine and he was all its normall itll go away blah blah

if i think i have a slight case of gyno and take nolva for a while to see if it goes down any, will it come back if I am not on AAS?

depends on if you got from AAS or if you've had it since puberty
 
the asshole family doctor said it was normal when i was 14... what a dickwad.. my mom was too cheap to take me to a specialist
 
yeah i have some gyno from puberty also- the doc said it would go away, but of course we know that it doens't happen sometimes..... nobody every told me it would cost 5 grand in surgery when im 23 and can afford it :/
 
man, i would be lucky if my gyno was that small. yeah my doc said it was normal too

got these big fuckin nipples now. oh well.,
i'm eventually gonna try the nolva routine, even though it isn't supposed to work very well for pubertal gyno.

I don't think it's gyno, do you feel any hard lumps? Where you heavy as a child?

no it was when i wrestled 103 in high school at 5'5" when it first formed. There was a hard lump at that time, but since then it went away, just my nipples look bloated unless it gets cold out, then they look normal when they shrivel a lil
 
^?bump.. also my friends said i'm starting to look un-natural. I don't think so, i love my newly aquired muscle.
 
You look awesome eviction! You don't look un-natural - you have a great physique resulting from hard work. The only thing I might suggest is more lat work ...but i won't because your back looks good too..LOL

Thanks! I agree the left lat does need work. It is the only disproportionate part of my body. if you notice the scar on my left shoulder (right side in picture of course), i had a surgery that devastated the whole left side of my body, from lat to forearm. It is about 90% restored at the moment. I will post the latest pictures tonight after i get home. There is noticeable week-over-week improvement.

currently 200mg npp e3d and 50mg winny e.d. cutting cycle 2 weeks short. (7 week total instad of 9)
 
I forgot to ask you bro...what about the sides from the first cycle 1 year ago?..have you been able to recover after each cycle?...wzzup with your libido, sex drive, your nuts, your cholesterol, etcetera...
