i use alot of this on my veggies but does this i cant belive its not butter 0 calorie spray contain hidden carbs or fat if it says 0 calories for 5 sprays? thanks ..

it can't be 0 calorie !
maybe just a few calories

Look at the calories/100g or cal/oz

I use it, and also Molly McButter powder to butter-flavor my oatmeal. Good stuff. If it has calories at all, they're so low they hardly register.

if you only use 5 sprays, you're good.

i know whe i use it, i use alot more. 6 sprays and up has calories..its a way of getting people to buy it....

if you do not use 50 sprays, im sure you will be fine

The butter spray lists the nutritional value *per spray*which is what... .002 oz? I don't think I have ever used less than 10 to 20 sprays on anything. If it's anything under 1 calorie or 1 gram of fat/carb (even at 0.9) they can say zero. I suspect it's not much different from margarine, just smaller serving sizes.

thanks..well even 50 sprays(if on low carb) is only 50 calories and 5 grams of fat which is not that bad if im eating low carbs..1 spray =1 cal ..2sprays =2 cals..etc..100sprays=100calories!! lol

well it tastes 2 good to be true..will 50 sprays hurt me that much? im not having any starch carbs but veggies

If its a keto diet...spray away!

if not, use in moderation ...as mentioned...the molly mcbutter is really good also...you know what you are actually getting because its not a spray

im having very low carbs for 4 days then a carb up 2 times a week on monday and thursday night..during the 3 day low carb should i have the butter spray on my veggies? or this is nopt considered keto..its still low carb(only veggies) and high protein ..will this be bad
