    Damn, it's tough to pinpoint one single cause. In my mind, conservation of natural resources/responsible stewardship should be important to every single human on this planet. I feel passionate as hell about defending animals and it makes me sick that species are becoming extinct at a nearly unprecedented rate but if we, as a species, do not get our collective shit together and quit wasting and poisoning our water and air, stop mowing the rainforests like they're lawns, get realistic just how much can really be harvested from the oceans and pragmatically face just how many humans really CAN live on this planet, everything else is going to be absolutely academic. I think education and getting people to get their heads out of the sand and face facts (without being called a tree hugging Chicken Little) is crucial. Is there even an organization that focuses in that direction, or do I need to get more specific (I have a very wholistic perspective on things so it's hard for me to get specific about one thing)? I don't know that I have the physical or emotional stamina to start a grassroots effort (not to mention the fact I have social anxiety) so I'd rather work with an established organization.

    You've given me something to think about, I'm not working now and won't be for quite a while, I need to seriously start trolling for telecommuting volunteer jobs. There are a few things I'm really passionate about that I'd enjoy giving my time to, environmental causes are the top of that list.

    Depending on how crazy, there's no gettin rid of her. When my ex tried to get rid of his crazy, she hacked in to his email and started emailing me pretending to be him breaking up with me, then hacked in to his Facebook and took us out of a relationship.

    Funniest part: he knew shed hacked in before she did any of that, so we were on the phone laughing about the whole thing as she was doing it, playing along. Lolol

    pudd took more shit on the boards than anyone. too suggest he can't take it is ridiculous; just think about how much embarrassing things he shared about himself and how often it got brought up. i don't think there was even anything behind the scenes. but asking for your account back and getting mocked by mods is a bit much imo. maybe leaving the boards was a little over-dramatic, but when you are called a baby for it it makes it hard to come back

    What are you currently benching & for how many reps. Tell me what your weekly training routine is - ie. days training what bodyparts, what the exercises are, and what weights & rep schemes are used? With that info I can start helping you. Oddly enough benching was not my specialty till I retired from bodybuilding for awhile & got into it. I do allot of odd things for my bench training & am not going to confuse you just yet with it - first I want to see what you are doing... Pushing to hard is not always a bad thing it just depends on what you are pushing yourself to hard in & is it pertinant to what you are trying to accomplish.

    Just wanted to drop in and say thank you for welcoming me to the forum. I am looking forward to chatting with all of you. Also, thanks regarding my 330 bench - that was last year. When I am done with the Masters Nationals in July I will start preping for my next meet - shooting for a 400 bench in the 148's or 165's. I will keep all posted. You asked about help with your bench - ASK AWAY...

    LOL I don't have a car here in Lake Las Vegas where my parents live, and it is fucking awesome Nef, unreal... its a new home, so I've only been here like 2 times. Anyway, I walked down to the Montellago, its outside and like 20 miles from the strip and serene not fucking the glitzed up scizohprhenic 4th circle of hell entertainment everywhere type vibe.

    So yeah, I walked across the golf course and went to the coffee shop to get online, I mean I love the guest house and Kato Kaelin thing I get till the 2nd, but I needed to get out, so I get there and realize my charger is at home, parents went to see JerseyBoyz on the strip, so I just told the Ritz Carlton peeps I was a guest and they let me use the business/computer center.

    Should've been macs, but fucking Dells, anyway, yeah so the moral of the lesson is my beatnik mooch ass had to use the Ritz/Dell/Font... so there is my ramble for ya, anyway back in the guest house, which I would stay here till med school starts if they would let me, but not happening. I get the boot on the 2nd back to SF, and then back to the Midwest in Feb. for more research.

    U asked for font I know, but got my itenerary. LOL, U would love it out here though... maybe not the city, but Lake Las Vegas is the shit. I bet Steve gets U something from Tiffany's, just sayin thats my prediction. Lata mermaid.
