    Well, believe it or not, the people who truly are at an infantile stage spiritually are the last to admit it. Those who are convinced they have all the answers, who know the "true answer" (I don't care what their particular answer may be), are the biggest babies of them all. And there's not a thing wrong in having no interest in the abstract. We are manifest in physical form, on this plane, in this space, to experience the physical. Chant and pray all others may, it doesn't change the fact we're here to learn what it feels like to walk in the rain, get laid or get a papercut :D

    Let's see, I'm 44 now, and on my own I've been studying alternative spirituality since I was in my mid teens. I got into the mystery stuff through my coven more than three years ago so you're looking at the condensate of about 30 years of what I've gleaned from the chaff, so to speak.

    You're right about the betting thing, I've never gotten it. My husband and I live reasonably close to Atlantic City and I've tried gambling and it's like blech, just doesn't do anything for me. I like card games and am reasonably good at poker but betting has never been my bug (now Vodka ...)

    I go through phases, I give away karma until I have nothing left then next thing I know it creeps back up. I will spread the love and think of you :D

    Actually, I was not adopted until I was 11-12. I was not an orphan until I was 8. Lotta long stories there...... but to answer your question: No. I was not adopted as an infant.

    I can understand losing, but I'm watching the game last night and every Leaf that touches the puck I'm saying "Who?".....how do you lose to that team? And Florida tonight is against a team fighting for a playoff position, has a good blue line, a good goalie, and the Rangers can't score.....Ughhhhhhhh. Then again, if I was any better, I'd be out there...

    Halak was our goalie for the QMJHL team here in Maine..the Lewiston Mainiacs. Scary part is Jonathan Bernier was a better goalie and the LA Kings do not play him. Fuggin idiots in LA. Bruins are playing old time hockey..Eddie Shore.
