August 6th 2026 Update:
Height:
Still 5'11"
Weight:
The last time I weighed myself I was 186lbs so if I had to guess I am probably the same or maybe a little bit heavier. I have been gaining weight according to the scale but my stomach is much flatter so I know that I am gaining muscle and still losing the fat. I definitely still have some fat in my stomach area and the good ol' love handles that I need to lose.
This last bit is being super stubborn, my body isn’t wanting to let go of it as easy. Right now I am really focusing on building as much muscle as I can. Don't get me wrong fat loss is still a priority as well but I know that I will be able to get rid of this stubborn stuff as soon as I go into my calorie deficit. But right now I am just making sure that I am doing my cardio everyday, getting my steps in and building as much lean muscle as I can so that I've got as much muscle as possible before I go into my calorie deficit to shred the rest of this fat off.
Sleep:
Sleep has been awesome lately! Been consistently getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night and depending on what I have going on I will usually take a nap during the day if I can.

Mental:
I feel really good mentally for the most part. I stay positive and humble. I am incredibly determined and motivated. I am actually huge believer in manifestation (because I have seen the shit work in my life and still seeing it work) so I always try and think of all the things I am grateful for, set my intentions and go after whatever I am going to achieve. It’s the best feeling in the world when you really start seeing the results of the hard work you put in. The beginning is always a little bit tough because you dont actually see results for about a month so I think thats why it's so easy for people to just say "fuck it this isn’t working anyway." Everyone wants that instant gratification (including me sometimes) and think that if I get in the gym and I take these compounds I'll look better in a week but there is so much more to it then that. It is so worth it once you do start seeing results. And then you kind fall in love with that delayed gratification or at least I have.

@US-pharmacies :
Testosterone Prop: 350mg/week
Masteron Prop: 350mg/week
EQ: 350mg/week
Anavar: 50mg/day
HGH: 4iu/day
Mots-C: 1mg EOD
Exemestane (on hand just in case)
Caber (on hand but I wont be needing it, will be finished with the NPP in the next couple days)
I have been doing daily injections with everything and I have noticed a huge difference as far as the aromatization goes. It helps a ton with the gyno symptoms. I know that the EQ plays a big part in it too. But before I started the EQ I had noticed a big difference with the daily injections.
