So I said I was going to try taking the 3 day rest day buuuut..... I didn't. I ended up going to the gym on Wednesday and hitting a leg and ab workout.Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are supposed to be my off days to rest and recover so I am trying it out for this week. But in all honesty I am going kinda crazy not going to the gym.
I know that I need to take rest days and that rest days are a huge part of growing but I don't know if I need 3 in a row. I think that 2 a week is plenty! So I'm thinking I will train Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun and then I'll take Mon off train Tues and then take Wed off.
