Like many of you legends I love training and everything that comes with it.... Even the dieting.
Looking this compete either later in 2026 or 2027 and look forward to watching everyone's journeys over here.

I'll get some current measurements, nutrition and training plan up in the next few days. 🏋🍗

As you can see in the photos below. The first one was at the end of a cut and the 2nd is my current physique. Sitting heavy AF right now from where I'm used to.

Side Lateral Raises 2x8-10
Rear Cable Flys 2x8-10 (hold for 2 seconds at top of movement)
Dumbbell Shrugs 3x8-10
Barbell Shrugs 3x8-10

2. 185g Tin of Tuna in Olive Oil, 150g white jasmine rice

3. 180g chicken breast, 150g winter/green veg, 1tbs natural peanut butter . 2x 1000mg fish oil caps,

4. 180g Porterhouse Steak, 150g winter/green veg, 2x 1000mg fish oil caps

5. 6 Whole eggs, handful of spinach, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms. 3x ZMA

Still pushing more food in during this growth phase but pulled back slightly this week.
