Going to get bloods early next week before starting my cycle with @HexalPharma01

I feel you on that. January and February I could barely bend past my knees without my body forcing me to stand back. Had to essentially take 2 months off from hitting legs or any low back involvement movements. All the worth it in the end to never rush the recovery process. Shoulder caps and arms looking hella dense

PT/Chiro I went to said it was from compressed discs. Just got done with a strength phase where I was trying to push my maxes for a few months (haven’t tried to push maxes in probably 5 years), along with playing golf pretty much every week and rarely taking true rest days. Just overloaded my body without proper recovery or stretching. Heavy deadlifts, squats, BB rows twice a week with the golf my back almost never got a day off

Yes i hear you there bro! My weights were increasing quick and it just start as not bracing correctly when moving a loaded barbell and just progressed from there. Glad you're on the other side of it now 👊 love those big compound lifts too bro.

I've been jumping on & off the bed rather than get close to underneath it from where the aliens 👽 can abduct me from.
It's worked well for keeping me lean getting my heart rate up so far!

I feel a bit hotter than usual after taking 20mg but no energy
I feel the heat but definitely an energy increase during cardio. That could've been due to.watching Dorian Yates blood and guts too though 💪😂

Another brither has that same shift!!! Nah im 2 weeks days 2 weeks nights lol 🫠🫠🫠

Im not sure i do manage hahaha nah nights are good because i get everything done before i head into work. Days kill me though, as the available hours away from work are split either side of the shift.
Got family life in the arvo so i just train early morning but sleep takes a hit unfortunately

My understanding is for better absorption because its truly an empty stomach. @koba gave me a lot of information and I could have misunderstood though so I'm.sure he'll weigh in and correct me if I'm wrong.

It's all downhill from there. I try not to look or touch my phone once my playlist starts. Next step will have to be putting it on aeroplane mode hahah.

Yea we don't realise the time it takes or the intensity we lose. Even my GF knows unless its urgent no calls or txt while I'm training. Bless her 😂

🏥Quick bloodwork update (Pre-Cycle)🏥

💉Running 300 test I believe E2 possibly skewed and waiting for LCMs due to transition from test p to test e being done gradually.💉

White blood cells have always been below range no cause for concern. No infections or anything. Some others slightly skewed I'd say just from using 💉Superdrol on some training days.

I will get my next lot done at 8 weeks into new cycle and again at 16 weeks.
