help with weekend training

Looking for your advice on weekend training. I usually train three or four times a week and do weights but I usually never train on the weekends. It seems like a lot of people don't do it on the weekend but my schedule with work is changing and I will now have all weekend off from Friday to Sunday. I would like to spend at least two of those days weight training. The issue is though I get tired on the weekends. It's like my body and my brain want to shut down. What is your advice for me?

I'm not seeing the issue. If work is changing then you adapt. You'll get free time during the week. That's your weekend. It doesn't matter what days are called

Bros I get it, sometimes it's hard to train on the weekend. A lot of people want to unwind and rest their mind and body, so the best thing to do is get out of the way.

At the end of the day you should dedicate an hour to the gym. Whether that is in the weekend or whether that's during the week, it really is up to you. Gyms used to back in the day not even open on the weekends but now most gyms are open seven days a week.
And some 24-hrs a day. Many members train in the very early hours now

The other boys have already said it bro but if you have a physique or health related goal, and it's important to you, you need to get to the gym.

Do the work, and get the results, or don't, and miss out on them. Do it healthy, do it run down, do it rested, do it tired 👌
