mid week update!
8 weeks out.
Definitely getting a lot leaner and hunger isn’t as noticeable. Only new addition being 15minutes cardio everyday and my preworkout rice being halved.
Fat is noticeable disappearing which is nice. Have noticed a big hit to training endurance definitely feeling the fatigue. After two maybe three exercises (these being 1-0 RIR) I’m just strapped for gas, although strength is still there which is a good sign.
Not a lot of changes lately just small tweaks so far!
