Ayooo whatโs good my EF BROS, hope everyoneโs about to attack there day!

Had the most savage start to my new push phase with the first leg session my coach had programmed - with a huge focus on hamstrings and abductors as they are the first part of my lower we need to bring up for balance.

New style of programming, schemes, targets and intensity is such a welcome change - itโs going to be a wild 16+ weeks ahead tracking the progression.
