Hope all my EF FAM be smashing it today, and all had killer weekends!

Lots of exciting updates: first one being that today is the first day of my long awaited push phase, and Iβm kicking that off with the fact I have a coach for the very first time now to!

Iβll have all the deets about my new coach, our updates, protocols and game plan for turning me into something that doesn't resemble a bag of shit

and maybe even look like a body builder to be in 2 years!
