Letro is safe as long as you only use it for 5 to 7 days max. Seems as if you have a lot of estrogen receptors one way to handle that is to diet hard. You get down to 7 percent bf and the estrogen won't be nearly the problem it is. I've used letro with all my npc and pro guys starting one week out from the show. I'd have to check my journals to see the doses but basically letro is one of the main reasons you see guys come in so dry and hard. With your estrogen at zero your not holding any extra water. You just don't want to be on it to long estrogen is necessary for our bodies to function properly. Your other option is to just DHT derivative drugs they don't arromotise

Well I've used it on at least 50 clients no issues. Your body doesn't supercompenstate with estrogen after letro use what do you think they give guts with gyno? The only drugs the give you estrogen rebound are aromatase inhibitors because their simply blocked the receptors so the estrogen can't attach. When you take the aromatase inhibitors out the receptors open up and all that estrogen finds a home quickly.

Has applied yesterday 75mg of Extemesane.

Looks like 3/4 of water and puffines went away. Nipps are much smaller and tighter.
Slept very well. Morning wood insanse like never before. Clear mind since morning also.

I know that since kid I’m very estrogenic. Even before cycle I was in higher range.
So maybe the case was to hit it down and now hold it in the bottom.

Today I would use only 25mg Extemestane and just 5mg of D-bol sublingual (before workout).

If weight will stay at 81.9kg as today on tomorrow’s check then will.

Maybe will run D-bol for 3 weeks and switch to Var. 15-20mg should be fine for me for longer run 10-12 weeks.

As I’ve stated before if Liver parameters and Cholesterol levels ll be ok I would like to run for longer period to maximaze slow and steady growth.
