@sondeVrie bro consider replacing these protein bars with real food....always check ingredients before buying as wrapper and list on the back says different stories.....real foods are always #1 choice........

Dont use letrozole, its very dangerous long term, stick to aromasin
@sondeVrie these are very high carb meals, I would add an extra scoop of protein and mix that into the cereal bro gives you that kick
